One of the main features of most travel eSIM plans is that they come with a fixed amount of data — 3GB, 5GB, 20GB, and so on. To avoid unexpectedly running out of internet, it's important to keep an eye on your data usage. The most accurate way to do this is through your account on the TooSIM website. Below, you'll find step-by-step instructions for iOS and Android smartphones.
Data Balance Check Guide

When you purchased your eSIM, you created a personal account on the TooSIM website or in the app. The easiest way to check your balance is through that profile.
Important: This is the only method that provides 100% accurate information about how much data you've actually used. While your phone’s settings can show estimated consumption (“Data usage”), it often doesn’t reflect the real numbers the provider tracks.
How exactly to do it:
- Open the TooSIM website — you can use either a smartphone or a laptop. Alternatively, launch the TooSIM app (it works the same on both iOS and Android – the operating system doesn’t matter).
- Click on the «Log in» button.
- Enter your email and confirm that you agree to the terms and conditions.
Note: Sometimes, you’ll need to verify your login with a 4-digit code sent to your email.

Go to the «My eSIMs» section.
Under the «Active» tab, you’ll see a list of your current eSIMs. Select the one you want and tap «Show details».

Check the «Usage» field. It shows the most up-to-date information on how much data you’ve used.
