When you purchased your eSIM, you created a personal account on the TooSIM website or in the app. The easiest way to check your balance is through that profile.

Important: This is the only method that provides 100% accurate information about how much data you've actually used. While your phone’s settings can show estimated consumption (“Data usage”), it often doesn’t reflect the real numbers the provider tracks. 

How exactly to do it:

  1. Open the TooSIM website — you can use either a smartphone or a laptop. Alternatively, launch the TooSIM app (it works the same on both iOS and Android – the operating system doesn’t matter).
  2. Click on the «Log in» button.
  3. Enter your email and confirm that you agree to the terms and conditions.

Note: Sometimes, you’ll need to verify your login with a 4-digit code sent to your email.

Can I buy additional data if I use up all the GB included in my eSIM plan?
No, each plan includes a fixed amount of data, and it’s not possible to top it up. However, you can always purchase a new eSIM with a suitable data package.
I still have data left, but my plan has expired. Can I use the remaining GB?
Unfortunately, no. Once the plan expires, your travel eSIM becomes inactive, even if you haven’t used all of your data. This is one of the limitations of prepaid plans – they come with a fixed validity period (7, 15, 30 days, etc.).
